Yes, "promised" software makes me nervous too. I confess there is risk here. I try to have faith that people are generally good until they show they are not.

Of course, one must consider that any program purchased is likely to have a bug somewhere. I think if the author of the software is willing to make ammends, fix problems and work with developers then any risk is minimized.

Hopefully not sounding like a cheap salesman, on the Sub Sytems web site there are testimonials from current users and a demo of ReportEase - unfortunately no OCX to download. Subhash, the owner, would probably provide more references upon request. I myself have done business in the past with Subhash and found it to be positive.

Ultimately, every one has to decide for himself or herself whether this sounds sensible and if there is a benefit. But if you do want to go forward with this, just let me know.
