Very interesting! Having grown up in Portage, Wisconsin and my grandparents being from Norway (my maiden name is Skogen), I grew up with stories of the 'cold, cold, Norway!' Everytime I complained about the cold in Wisconsin, I was told 'you have no idea of what cold is!' :o)
