Oh, I agree completely. I think, however, that with PB the problem goes beyond source code management. I can't tell you how many "5 day wonders" there are in that environment. They go to a series of classes over a 5 day period, and come out thinking that they know all there is to know about programming and table design. It took me years to get all of this straightened out in my head. I don't think that was because I was particularly "thick", it's because it's a very complex subject and it takes time to learn all the ins and outs.
