Wayne - I have the .dll's in the same folder on the network because of the following text in the Help Library:
'You must provide the two support files Vfp7r.dll and Vfp7renu.dll (EN denotes the English version). These files must be placed in the same directory as the executable file or along the MS-DOS path.'
The log file did not offer many clues. There was an Exception code=C0000006 and a line of code that the application bombed on, but nothing that looked significant. Strange how the applications bypassed the error handlers.
I also have machines that are running different VFP exe's (on the same network) that shut themselves down (exited their applications) at the same time that a user's computer bombed, causing the VFP7Rerr.log to be created.
