Hi David,

Thanks for the info, but that's not the case. The information I want to print before the columnar data isn't a memo field - it's a collection of other character and numeric fields from the table. Let me give a more detailed example:

Assume my table has seven fields. The first four contain information which describes a part number, and the last three contain information about the steps that are taken to produce that part number. The first four fields will be duplicated quite a bit, while the final three fields change as the part number moves through the production process.

I want the first four fields to be displayed across the page, and then the production info to be displayed in columns beneath it. There could be many steps taken to produce a part number, so I'm listing seven columns across the page, although it may lap over to another row for more steps.

For example:

-----
Part #: ABC123 Color: White Size: Large Price: $19.95

Proc-1 Proc-2 Proc-3 Proc-4 Proc-5 Proc-6 Proc-7
Hours Hours Hours Hours Hours Hours Hours
Qty Qty Qty Qty Qty Qty Qty
-----

Is this any clearer? Any ideas on how to make this happen? Everything's working except for being able to spread those first four fields across the page - the columnar info is working just fine.

Thanks!

John
