OK I have removed the report from the project and recompiled the project. The reort is no longer there - so far so good.

In the project is the line calling the report

report FORM j:\global\vfp\docket.frx TO PRINTER (where J is the server drive)

Are you suggesting that I make this

report FORM c:\anything\docket.frx TO PRINTER

and then set up the report separately for each workstation?

Is this what you mean bY "install then in a separate file"?
