I have a weird problem. I have a table with 1 record for settings. I have 2 EXE's running. The problem is the first EXE updates the record with DATETIME(), but the second EXE only sees the changes some of the time. I have no buffering. I tried a GO TOP in the code, but that did not help. I can not reproduce the problem in my office.

Has anyone seen this type of problem? Do you have an idea for getting around it? I thought about opening/closing the table, but I was curious if their was another workaround. Also I was not sure opening/closing the file would solve the problem.
