I'd recommend narrowing down the source of the problem. Is it a problem with the menus, or with your forms, or with something totally unrelated?

For starters, try replacing the menu item forms with simple wait windows. Does the problem still occur? If not, then it could have something to do with your forms. If so, then it's probably the menus.

Once you've nailed down where it's being caused, try throwing in some wait windows throughout your routines, to see where the problem starts.

Without more details, you probably won't have much luck debugging.
