Yes, I'm using 2 different PC's and 2 different operating systems. I'm running it on a laptop (native or executable give same results) in Windows NT. The other PC I'm using has XP where I'm running the executable only.

The screen is very simple, it has 3 labels and 3 text files. It's basically a data entry screen for procedures of the application that the user maintains. I've never seen this before either and it seems odd to me.
