Okay. I won't accuse you yet again of having lost control of your SET TALK, which should be in the LOAD and not the INIT() anyway, IMO *g*).
I saw you describe how it looks as a label that appears to get bolder. It doesn't shift to the left, right, up or down. Are you programmitcally making any layout changes while the form runs? Say, showing a new label if a certain condition is met? Or enabling some of the controls and disabling others?
Also, what font and font size do the labels use? Are they base class labels, or are they subclassed labels? If the latter, are there any custom PEMs?
Are the textboxes stable or do they distort, too?
One way to get the effect you describe would be if the labels were being duplicated and shifted just a bit diagonally. Another would be if the form is moving slightly and leaving a shadow of its previous position. These are both pretty whacky ideas, but I'm just trying to image what you see, and what could be causing it. If you open the form in the ClassBrowser and view the code, is it terribly long? You might want to post the code. Tho' that's pretty drastic, too.
