Henry,

Thank you for taking your time to reply to my question. My problem is still not resolved. I am starting to think that the only problem is that we are still using Novell 3.12 the only problem is to prove that that is the problem without upgrading to Novel 5.5 (which we bought 3 years ago but haven't installed yet).

I don't think any clients use the admin profile in W2K but I think all the clients have admin rights on their machines i.e. they their Joe Doe profile which has admin rights. Could that cause problems?
