Hi Terry. A couple of things to check. Did you boot your machine with both drives as bootable? If so, Win2k and WinXp have problems with that. As a mater of fact, if Partition Magic detects two bootable drives, it will warn you against having two bootable drives in a Win2k/Xp machine. I did this last week and couldn't logon to Win2k if I removed the second drive. Windows also saw my original C: drive as I:. I tried changing the drive letter back to C: in Computer Management. Bad Idea. Almost lost everything. Windows appears to try to figure out who has access to the machine and makes a "choice" of which security setup to use. I ended up reloading my C: drive.

Another thing to watch out for. I've had some problems loading an image to a drive if I don't match up the New Size with the Old Size in the Data Size field. I have only had this problem on WinXp machines.

I know that this is not you specific problem, but it may help in some way.
