I didn't realize that you had a serial reader. I have one from American Microsystems. That has both a serial and keyboard wedge.

You could DECLARE the DLL and then call it from within VFP which would probably be the easiest for loading the data into VFP. Otherwise, if you knew what the commands were that needed to be sent you could write your own COMM calls. But that would be too much extra work. :-)

Whose brand wedge is it?
