I have some code that must go into the message event of a particular form. As a side effect of doing this, the status bar comes on at the bottom of the main foxpro window. This is not the new status bar, but the old DOS gray backround/white text status bar. I can "set status off" in the message event to get rid of it, but then I get a flicker. Does anyone have a clue as to either how to stop this or how to make the background color of that bar white so that it is invisible?
