Just ordered a Toshiba 3500 series and was hoping that the choice was correct. What means are you using to store the written text? (ie: if I have an app with a edit box and the user uses the tablet pen to write information, how is this copied to the edit box?)

>>Interested to know if anyone has opinions on Tablet PC's. What recommendations you have, comparisons, POS functionality. Any issues with VFP.

>- Tablet PC OS is WinXP Pro will some extra handwriting software
>- Stylus is transparent to your apps since it just moves the mouse cursor
>- for handwriting input into your existing apps, the text is written into a section of the screen, then is pasted into the field. Once again completely transparent to your VFP app.

>If the size and weight are not an issue, it is a huge advantage over PocketPCs, since the code doesn't have to be rewritten.
