Hi,
I face problem of index corruption in my client vfp database. It also cause FATAL ERROR C5 if I run my application.
I tried to reindex the table and it is recoved. My application run without error.
However, after a day of business, I found that some records are missing/not saved into table for a particular range of record.

Example:
SalesNo
A100123                  <--- The last record before index corruption
A100124                  <--- Missing, the record saved once corruption happened, reindex executed
A100125                  <--- Index recovered, sales continue...
A100126
A100127
.....
.....
A100500                  <--- Start Record missing
.....                    <--- Sales record missing from A100500 to A100511
.....
A100512                  <--- Record saved successfully. Not reindex or any maintenance work done at this point

Any ideas?

Also, Why index corruption can occured? Since no viruses detected, network in good condition, all pc is new, no system crashed, no power blackout, no unproperly shutdown (i know becoz i was there), all pc and swtiches attached with UBS, FLUSH after TABLEUPDATE().

Do you think the number of transaction will cause error? There are about 3000 sales transaction per day.

Pls advise. URGENT!
