No we do data entry in the grids. The idea is to be able to enter the weight in either pounds or kilos and have the entered valve converted into the other units. People are using their calculator to convert pounds to kilos - this is silly.

I have been told countless times that it is a bad idea to data enter into grids. However we have done it for years.

Many of my users worked in Paradox which was (is?) a browse table type system. They insisted on the same type of entry for the Foxpro system. This was 15 years ago of course.
