Just wondering if your installation is top-heavy with 'those that wear the ring?' like mine was... it was so obvious it was pitiful...Too bad they don't let women join or I would've just to get the inside scoop!

After I finally left (June 2001) and took outside employment, I learned that the one person who was the joke of an office group (for never knowing anything, getting things wrong, etc) became the manager. I cant change the system, but at no time will I let a manager off the hook when I am asked my opinion. Which they have to do twice a year during my reviews.
