Jerry,
Remember that XP isn't based on DOS like Win 9x is. Did you ever run this application on NT 4.0 or 2000?

There are many DOS .BAT commands that either work different or not at all in NT/2000/XP, and without knowing what's in your MENU.BAT file, it's difficult to guess why it's not working.

Alt+Enter should give you the "DOS" window full screen (do it again to toggle back to a window). In the Window, click on the Icon at the upper left, and choose Properties. Then on the Options tab, Display Options, choose Full Screen. When you click OK, it should ask if you want to save this setting for the future.

>I have someone trying to run a FoxPro 1.01 Dos application on a XP PC. They have a shortcut on their desktop that points to a .BAT batch file on their drive. The batch file displays a message on their screen to let them know what to type to start the Fox application.
