I think Ken knows that no matter what anyone says to you, you are going to do what you are going to do. Frankly, if you aren't going to use VFP, and you made this decision, what does Ken care what tool you do use. Of course, he did show his bias to MS by suggesting using the MSDN tools which means Visual Studio 6/.Net and VFP 7 and 8 which are the tools that currently ship in that box.

What do you think you would be told if you went to the Toyota store and said "I am NOT going to be buying a Toyota, please help me decide what car to drive."? (Well, they would try to talk you into a Toyota, but Ken doesn't key a 4 figure commission for selling a VFP box. If he does, I want that job.)
