Hi,

I'm using Win XP (sp1) and VFP 8 (release version).

In VFP 8, I drop a VFP pageframe onto a form and the pages have a default backcolor of 236,233,216 (light grey).

I put a VFP label on any of the pages and the label also has a default backcolor of 236,233,216. But the two objects are definately a different shade of grey and the label stands out obnoxiously.

The exact same steps in VFP 7 produce matching backcolors...no problem.

Is this a known bug? Does anyone know of a work around (other than setting the label backstyle to 'Transparent')?

This seems to be true if I bring a VFP 7 app forward to VFP 8, as well as brand new screens created in VFP 8.

Guy
