Ok, I found the source of the problem. When I uninstalled the Top 10 application, it corrupted something which affects the MSInstaller. The 1004 line says that it looks for C:\Program Files\UTVFPWorldWideTournament\Top10\. That is a directory. However, this directory doesn't exist as it has been removed. So, why is the MSInstaller looking for that directory?
