You might want to take a look on FRX2Any. This tools has it's own Report Previewer and it allows you to convert your Reports in many formats, such us:
HTML, PDF, DOC, XLS, XLS plain, RTF, XML and BMP. In new version that I will release in 2-3 days you will have ability to add HyperLink into your reports. Also, I plane to add DrillDown feature. And price, I think that FRX2Any has reasonable price for all that features it has
