Thks a lot for your suggestion, I did take a very close look at the FRX2ANY tool, and it is just ok when exporting to doc, html even to xls. The problem: exporting to XLS is WYSIWYG with the big disadvantage that the values aren't cells, most of them are just textboxes and shapes and that sort of things. In my company what we need is the ability of exporting the report into a true XLS file with every data in the report in a cell, not in a shape or textbox, because whe need to manipulate the data to make Charts, modification, links to other Workbooks , links to other programs that doesn't support VFP tables , I have tried Crystal reports and this seems to be the "thing" we need, but since we have all the reports written in VFP report designer would take a lot of work to pass them to Crystal. FRX2ANY is kind of slow when the report has more than 500 pages due to the complex of the report tables (FRX), I also have tried the plain export to xls but it crashes when trying to export pretty complex reports like one that we have to see the weekly production of the Knitting department.

Other big thing that Mind's eye has is the unlimited zoom, this is just great!, precisly this report i am talking about only has one page but it is so small that you have to print it to see it or export it to PDF
to use the pdf reader zoom.

We better don't talk about the capability of adding multiple reports at runtime, or the ability of setting the margins, or page orientation, amazing!!!! ain't it

The only thing I consider it is missing at least, is exporting to XLS, so Rich Simpson my wish for your software is exporting to XLS not matter if i can't have WYSIWYG but exporting each field or legend to one single cell each. in that moment I can consider take the risk and aproache my boss to buy the product because, so far is to much time consuming doing the automation to have all the reports exported to XLS

Simpson! when do you thing this feature is going to be ready for distribution?
