I am trying to fix a problem on a friends computer. She cannot access "My Computer" or directly access her C drive at all. I went to the Microsoft site, and it said there was a compatibility problem with Kodak web camera. It's recommendation was to uninstall the device. The problem is I cannot access the control panel either, plus while she had a web camera it was not a Kodak, but it may still be the problem. Has anyone run into a similar problem like this and if so, how do you fix it or at least gain access to add/remove programs?
