Was there some investigation done on the memory such as to know if an instance was loaded in the Task Manager?

From what you mentioned, I assume they are running the application by the use of VFP. Or, are they running an EXE version? If the first one, if the user tries to access VFP directly, from the development environment, does that work?

Could it be that this PC is running low on memory, disk space?
