Well how do I update the PJM file then?
Now if I goto workstation1, then from the main menu click Project, Source Control, Update Project List...and I get an error saying the 'project file was not found in source control' ??? geeeze now what? I can SEE the PJM file in source control...when I use this vfp project I SEE the locks and I check files in and out!!! Just what "project file" is this error talking about? Does the pjt and pjx files need to be in sourcesafe to do this?

>The PJM is a simple text version of the PJX/PJT. It is the only project file the VFP checks in. When one joins a VSS project that file is pulled down from the server and converted into a pjx/pjt pair.

>Whenever any developer adds a new file to the project they need to use the "Update Project List" (that might not be the exact words but it's close) menu item to update the PJM so the other developers can also do an update to get the new files added to their projects.

>>I notice that with Visual SoureSafe + VFP there ends up being a .pjm file now.
>>Ok so now there is a .pjx, .pjt, and a .pjm. the .pjx and .pjt files were not loaded into VSS when I put the project in VSS, but I guess the .pjm file was.
>>I have workstaion1, workstation2, and server1. Server1 has the vss database. workstation1 was used to create the VFP project and put it in VSS. Now workstation2 'joins' the project - but the project file they end up with doesn't match what's on workstation1. Simply copying the .pjx and .pjt files from workstaion1 to workstation2 didnt seem to help. So how do you syncronize the project files? (in other words, I want my project mangers to end up with the same things in them). And what the hecks this .pjm file anyway? what's it used for ??
