It is spelled "Ropa Vieja". An it is very good, (shredded beef in a tomato-based sauce).

Expresso is very common in Europe and South America. Cubans don't usually go for it, but for cuban coffee (plenty of that in Miami). There's a difference. It is a very small cup, of espresso-like but very sweet coffee (more like sugar with coffee that the other way around.
