As I read 11.2, the prior version can be used only if (a) if you reinstall it only temporarily, and (b) if you do not use the new version while the prior one is installed.

In other words, if you use 8.0, then use 7.0, and then use 8.0 again before uninstalling 7.0, you are in violation of the agreement.

Again, this is just my reading of this... and I am not an attorney. Quite the opposite... :)
