Hi Jim, I guess you could always do what I am doing with the with Quickbooks because I dont like the way that they are making me upgrade to the newest version and will not support what I have any longer, And that is to switch to another accounting package. Which will not be easy! And I was not talking about MS running out of money because they seem to adjust to change, I was talking about independents that creat a product. And yes you are a customer of MS but if you are making a product for someone to use where you are selling it or giving it away you are a customer of theirs and I could see your point if you have never change your rules of doing business over the years "IE" increasing your per hour price if you are indepdent or taking a pay raise over the years these are cost that must be passed on to the end user.
