Before uninstalling, let's check out the problem. The virtual Directories were not created at all when you ran WebAppBuilder? Can you can verify this by going to the IIS Management Console and checking for the "Test" virtual Directory? I want to make sure that's the problem and not something else. Also, in the error page, was there an error message? - you may have to scroll down to get to it...
>Ok - I downloaded the package from UT and it installed properly - no error messages. I started the simple example tutorial - "hello world" - on your website - at first the browser did not come up - figured out that my popup stopper was killing it - disabled popstopper - ran webappbuilder again - it ran, popped up the browser, and localhost/test/default.asp threw an error- localhost gives the xp iis intro page so iis is working. Looks like the routine to setup the virtual folder did not work? I will try uninstalling and reinstalling tomorrow. Any ideas appreciated. I am excited to get this working.
