Okay, I admit to being very confused now, Tamar.

The only real issue I have right now is which version I should buy (bearing in mind, I'm spending taxpayer money, not my own directly, so I can live with it either way. But I try to avoid excesses with taxpayer money - just as if it were my own money).

But now I'm unsure what the heck to do. It almost seems like we will have to wait until the on-shelf phase, and find out here from someone who has actually quickly bought & tested the new version with regard to the EULA.

Or, does someone know *for sure* what the upgrade version will do? Someone from MS or with good contacts there?
