I have a client application that makes a SOAP call that won't install on any of the Windows 95 machines. I have included the merge module for SOAP support and get the following errors:

I get registration HRESULT errors:
mssoap1.dll Error Code: -2147024865
mssmo.dll Error Code: -2147023735

*** I also get these same errors when trying to install the SOAP ToolKit (version 2sp2). I have not tried the other version, because this is the version supported on all the other client machines.

Is 95 not supported as a SOAP Client?
What am I missing?
