1)my client didn't got any server, it got 3pc. 1-ME, 2-98, the program is stored in ME, the other 98 only use the short-cut to runt.. (it works fine over 1 year)
2)in 2003, the two win98 pc is changed into XP home. (nightmate came). I put the program in to XP (coz the pc is faster ). Now ,as the windowME user run the system . sometimes it said "File is locked "[It never been happend before] ..
3) the user said that "only she is modifying the program",the other PC is open the program, but noone is using it..


Anyone be kind to tell me How to solve it ??
The user blame us that "Why changing the New Pc and induced such problem"
