SOAP on 95?

I understand that, but I was not installing the SOAP toolkit on 95 to run it, just to see if the client libraries would load. I did not intend to use 95 to build a SOAP service, but I have not seen any documentation anywhere that would make me beleive that Windows 95 can not be a SOAP CLIENT. It is the registration of the two libraries below that cause my installation to fail.
