You can produce web pages in .NET that are HTML 3.2 compliant. That should work in any current browser today.

There are also other browsers for the Mac other than IE.

Some controls will not work the same and some features like enable disable may act differently on a Mac. Also, data on the Mac is much slower so something like a big table that is fast on a PC may be slow on the Mac. I have also seen issues where running more than one browser on a Mac will share the same cookie between the 2 instances of the browser. Client side XML does not work and I have seen Unicode problems as well. None of these are .NET problems. They are limitations IE for the Mac.
