OK, thanks. Here, a programmer can consider himself lucky if he gets US$ 500-1000 per month (ca. 3-6 dollars an hour). I didn't investigate the job market too well, but I suspect that many a programmer works for less than that. I also suspect that the cost of living would be much less than in Miami.
