My reference was in regards to local developers and not foreign developers. Yes, as per your point, people succeeds in that so as Les Pinter is doing, as per what I read in his thread, and I also do it as well with foreign consultants involved in the Universal Thread. It's up to each company to decide what they want to do. The base purpose of this thread was about the 11.00$ US and I seem to understand that it was targeted for a local developers, where in this case, I still believe in my opinion on it.
