I received the exact same letter, so I think this person took our addresses from UT.

As Sergey does, I have a standard reply directing them to UT forum. I explain also that asking here not only benefit the community if I (or somebody else) gives a proper answer, but also him/her because if my answer is wrong (or not the best) many people can correct me here and not in an email.

If this person is taking the time to grab our addresses from here, I can't understand why he don't post his question right in the forum...
