Our ADSL provider are increasing the speed for 512kb.. I am wondering.. Which is the best offers (biggest speed) in others countries (for regular users not enterprises) ? Are we receiving (here in Brazil) a good service/speed for the cost of US$ 21 (per month) ?
Please, send me any information (of your beneficts <-> cost) there in your country.. To compare with ours..
