We have "residential" cable (1Mb, dynamic IP) from a company called NTL for about 35 GBP/month. They also offer 600K for 25 GBP/month and 128 for 15 GBP/month (25 GBP installation on the last one, others are free).

We have just bought "business" ADSL (1Mb, 5 static IPs) from a company called BT. This costs us about 120 GBP/month (http://www.btopenworld.com/broadband/forwork/check_our_prices.html). They also do a "residential" service with an example being 500Mb for 30 GBP/month (50 GBP setup).
