That answer does not make sense. I pass filenames in all sorts of mixtures of upper/lower case and never had any problems.

The response I got back from Crystal tech support indicated the CR is case sensitive when it comes to file names. So... maybe the path name that Crystal sees is the problem. We've not solved this problem yet.
