It works for me, both on my local copy & your website.

Maybe we're not expecting the same results - exactly what are you expecting - I get a modal dialog box, with the word Text centred & an OK button directly below, with a title "My Text - Web Page...". Very much similar to what I get using alert().

This PC uses IE5.5, Win95 (my company hasn't got around to upgrading yet, it's not my choice). The other PC I tested on was IE6 & Win98 (again, not my choice). The MS website (original link I gave you) makes no mention of not working with recent windows versions.
