Got it replaced from another machine with same version of dll. Had to go to command prompt, renamed old one and then copied in new one and tried it again. Same error......
I see there is a wininet.dll in the dllcache directory but not wuite comfortable messing with that one.... I'm like a bull in the china shop in the Windoes operating system... not quite comfortable modifiying files... I have a backup but that is so much work ... but...
What would happen if I deleted the file in the dllcache directory?
