Wayne,

The dllcache directory is DLL backup directory protected by Windows. I don't think you can delete anything from there, at least not with conventional methods. When you copied wininet.dll into windows system directory, windows detected that and replaced it with the copy stored in the dllcache directory. I don't realy know what else you can do, sorry.
