My understanding of Al-Quaida training camps in Iraq is that they are (were until recently?) in that part of northern Iraq NOT controlled by Saddam (and easily/regularly accessible by American officials and most any other outsider).
My understanding of the large plane used for terrorist training is that it does (did?) exist in central Iraq (controlled by Saddam) and that it is conjecture that it's use is for terror training. I believe that it has also been known to be there for well over a decade.
Surely President Bush is going to present the PROOF of WMD presence and Al-Quaida relationship BEFORE they strike, AS HE SAID HE WOULD.
