Again you are twisting facts and presenting them in an anti-American way. US government and military leaders said many times that the purpose of the US military blitz is to induce fear in the iraqi military and NOT in civilian people. And the purpose is to make iraqi military surrender and therefore stop the war with minimum casualties on both sides.
During 1991 war I don't remember any reports of US military mistreating captured iraqi soldiers. Knowing how iraq treated captured kuwaiti soldiers (their neighbors and brother moslems) I can only image how american soldiers would be mistreaded if iraq won the war.
