Native encrypting is supported only in NTFS. Sometimes I need to use Windows 98 in this computer, so I cannot ose NTFS and NT encryption.

I dedected that this problem occurs if E2M is not active and seems to to be ralated to it. It seems that some software installation causes this.

To reporoduce in my computer:

1. Apply the Division by Zero patch to FoxPro For Windows 2.5B allow it to run on high-speed computers.

2. Run FOXPROW 2.5B IDE on HP Omnibook XE3 with W2K SP2.
No network, no anti-virus software.
Start in directory is in C: drive.
Run in separate memory space checkbox does not matter, result is same.

3. Type

MODIFY SCREEN anyscreen

where anyscreen is existing or non-existing screen file.

Result observed:

3 seconds delay.
After that FoxPro exits without any message.

Any idea ?
