There is other problem in calling createobjectex in early binding mode
Depending on the soft, installed at PC , it can catch wrong library , ( for excel for example) and this can cause errors with using created object .
Sergey Kolpachev scaned the code of this function and detected , it uses
FindFirstFile mask- *.?lb, and this really can read wrong file
