u don't have to check the whole table -only the same person's
last msg, and even this u don't have to do all the time
only if the time diff is too big (1,2,5 min -
whatever u deem right)
and then check if the title is the same
only than should u check the msg itself

also to prevent mistakes (ie i pressed replay than pressed save
no what?)
u can check if the new msg is different from the last msg it
replies to

another point (and this is for u lucien <s>) u can reject
msgs in which u qoute more than u add (i think FreeAgent
does that for news msgs)
